Introducing our systems
To be certain that your accounts are prepared to the very highest standard we will always follow the following system.
- Approaching your year-end we will send you a reminder to get things ready.
- Our Checklist will help you make certain that you have all the information we are going to need. This checklist will come to you with our reminder letter.
- We will meet with you to understand how your books have been prepared and to discuss your years trading.
- Your accounts will be logged in to our system. We will indicate how long we will need to prepare your accounts. We will always aim to complete your accounts and send them to you within 3 weeks of you bringing them in.
- Your accounts will be quality checked using our unique 26-point quality checklist.
- A bound copy of your accounts will be sent to you for you to keep. We believe that the quality of presentation of your accounts is so important. Your accounts give a vital first impression to your bank manager and business contacts. Your accounts will be printed on High Wove Conqueror paper. If you need extra copies, please do let us know and we will print and bind these for you free of charge.
- Understanding Your Accounts - our unique guide to help you understand what your accounts really mean will arrive with your accounts.
- Our Customer Response Form will also come to you with your accounts. We constantly strive to improve our service to you. Your input will help us to do this. Every month out Team will meet to consider your comments and see how we can do better.
